Ugh, Sarah Plain and Tall was my bane as a kid. You have no idea how many times I got called "Sarah Plain and Small." Sigh...
Kids can be so cruel. And it's such a crapshoot--Just think of all the Ivans out there who will now be called "The One and Only Ivan" (though it would be sad if there's a second Ivan and he only gets called "Ivan" or worse "The Other Ivan").
